Job Description
- To develop a go-to Sales Development strategy, leveraging customer insight, and innovation
- Experience in growing a business, B2B Selling.
- People skills oriented and Coordination skills.
- A good personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, precise, team player.
- Good capacity for analysis.
- Background in the food Industry (Technical, food), experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Capacity to define and articulate a market and a pricing strategy.
- Sales negotiation skills.
- Capability to build the network of relationships in the industry; ability to be perceived as the subject matter expert.
- Basic knowledge of sales budgeting process, marketing techniques, production and distribution processes.
- Knowledge about Food technology.
- Provide technical support for customer’s satisfaction in coordination with Tech services/ R D.
- Coordinate with relevant departments/people for new projects and follow up.
- Prepare sales reports, customer s record, and competitors files.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Pre-degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales roles (for experienced staff).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
