Job Description
  •  To develop a go-to Sales Development strategy, leveraging customer insight, and innovation
  • Experience in growing a business, B2B Selling.
  • People skills oriented and Coordination skills.
  • A good personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, precise, team player.
  • Good capacity for analysis.
  • Background in the food Industry (Technical, food), experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Capacity to define and articulate a market and a pricing strategy.
  • Sales negotiation skills.
  • Capability to build the network of relationships in the industry; ability to be perceived as the subject matter expert.
  • Basic knowledge of sales budgeting process, marketing techniques, production and distribution processes.
  • Knowledge about Food technology.
  • Provide technical support for customer’s satisfaction in coordination with Tech services/ R D.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments/people for new projects and follow up.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer s record, and competitors files.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Pre-degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales roles (for experienced staff).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
