Application Executive (Dairy)

Location: Jetalpur – Ahmedabad

Job Description:

• Product Development as per market demand and customer requirements by understanding needs of project and technical discussion with team.
• Trial Scheduling as per priorities and feasibility of projects.
• Follow up of commercial scale up trials and take responsibility on unresolved issue or acceleration, Raw material management, manpower handling while taking trials.
• Understanding of functionality for ingredients.
• Prototype sample preparation.
• Trouble-shooting and correction of existing process and for product to match market need.
• Scale up commercial trials with coordinating with sales team.
• Develop cost effective recipe as per targeted costing of customer.
• Maintain daily and monthly trial record, Setup and improve standards and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Have you completed your M. Tech in Food Tech./Dairy Tech
• Have knowledge in Food Ingredients
• Excellent communication skills
